Becoming a Guild Member engages you with a community of creative, free-thinking, and passionate individuals who are interested in mastery of clay and its processes, while also learning valuable information involving marketing and selling your work. It is a great introduction into the craft and gallery world of ceramic art.
Your membership includes following:
- 24/7 Access to our Downtown Waynesboro studio, and access to our Penn State Mont Alto studio within the confines of the campus’ business hours 
- At our Downtown Waynesboro studio, you receive a key code that lets you into the building 24/7/365 
- Unlimited use of our glazes, kilns, equipment, tools, and library 
- The option to sell your work for a 75% commission in our Guild Shoppe and Open Houses 
- Discounts on classes, clay, and community workshops 
- An average of two classes and lectures each month 
- The availability to register for guild-only classes 
To become a Guild Member at the Nicodemus Center for Ceramic Studies, an individual must have a minimum of beginner level pottery experience. This appropriate knowledge will allow members to work independently and safely in our studios.

Our Downtown Waynesboro studio offers a volunteer program for qualified individuals.
All clay is purchased at $1 /pound in increments of 25 pounds.
Reclaimed clay is available at $ .50 / pound.
